Dear George and Maree,
I thought I should write to express how delighted and impressed I was at all the extra detail and care that went into delivering my new system to me. I have bought PCs from online and shopfont vendors for years now, and I have never seen (or even considered the possibility of) an included manual on the basics of PC setup and maintenance. I have certainly never been gifted with little things like double adapters (surge protector) and a screen cleaner. So before I even set the thing up I was soundly impressed.
I now have my machine up and running, and it is going smoothly, so again, thank you. Good customer service in this industry is such a rarity, and it is great to see. I'm glad I went with my instinct when choosing a place to buy my new machine. When I need a new one, I know where I will be shopping.

Just a short email to let you know how much I have enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new computer from GR-Tek. I found your company from a web search after total frustration from trying to build a computer from the main computer manufacturers. There was very little one could change from their standard setup. Sourcing a computer from GR-Tek was the best decision I could have made. As you know I wanted a very good computer but without gaming so I selected some options and with help from Maree came up with a computer that had speed, storage capacity and generally top shelf functionality. I then needed to think about each component and do further research. After some thought I felt that what I had decided upon was not my final selection for I 'slept' on the configuration. Therefore, before George started building it we fine tuned the options. This resulted in my getting a computer with just what I am very happy with and I would not change a thing. George offered valuable advice that increased my knowledge of what to look for in a choosing the components for a custom built computer. I would advise anyone when purchasing a computer from GR-Tek to shop with confidence and be assured that Maree and George will be most helpful throughout the process. My suggestion is to make some choices then if necessary change some items and if considered necessary seek some guidance from Maree and George and only when you are completely satisfied with the configuration have the computer built.
